Sara Has a Bar!

Sara is one part of the ownership team at Union Publick House, in Jim Thorpe, recently deemed one of the state’s best hole-in-the-wall restaurants! She mostly works behind the scenes, frequently fixing the internet and printers and printing menus and doing payroll and such, but is sometimes spotted on the floor as well.
